Yea for sure. Not easy, but definitely do-able if you do more to check boxes etc...or just get hired somewhere else and go, which is kind of a bummer, but if you only want AA that is the path I suppose.

still Junior but stagnant. Not like the old days. Lots of redeyes

For the interview does AA want official copies of college transcripts or will a copy of the transcript work? Thanks

No transcript required, unless they changed the guidance from earlier this year.

I doubt it. Not sure what they told you but just to manage expectations most people don't get contacted until 6 weeks or so from CJO date. Average is 8 weeks from CJO to first day of indoc

Sure wish I knew the secret sauce. Have had an app into AA for 3+ years. Regional captain with about 20 135 and 121 check events without a failure. Two internal LORs from 30+ year guys there. All I'm hearing is crickets while I watch hundreds getting CJOs. Apps have been reviewed and everything looks good. Sitting around waiting and not knowing if or when it'll ever happen. Its a tough game. Guess I posted this for all the other people in the same boat thinking the same thing.

Reading comprehension doesn't seem to be your strong suit.
I said WO non-flow hires. And I can back that up with raw data. You know, like a list of every one of them. 80% are female, minority, military or family. Fact.

do some networking maybe? Try adding recruiters on LinkedIn. Or just straight up send your resume to the pilot hiring email. It can’t be worse than the wo pilots leveraging their UA offer
