I had a Envoy guy in my interview group who did this. It got him the interview.

I've heard second and third hand of it happening, don't know how much truth there is to it. It seems odd to me too. I mean, if I was in recruitment and someone I hadn't showed interest in showed me their CJO from another carrier I'd say, "Good job! Go get em' cowboy!", if anything.

But if that's the path to AA from a WO, then that's the path...

Feb 16th interview and I haven’t heard anything either. Im curious why it seems to have slowed down- smaller classes?

This. The pool is plump and going to 45 per class stretched things out. Jan indoc guys have May sim dates.

I would imagine that it’s the same as the wholly owned which go off the Indoc date.

you will bid for a base/equipment/scheduled training start/end date during 1st day of indoc. 2nd year pay goes off your scheduled training end date, regardless if you actually complete training by that date. My class all had scheduled training start/end dates All starting and ending within a week of everyone else in the class.
