Can anyone who interviewed recently post what documents AA has you bring to the interview? The initial interview invite email makes it sound like they won't tell you until 2-3 days before the interview what's required, but I want to make sure I have everything in order before then. Some documents require some lead time so I don't want to be scrambling at the last minute.

Bring the PRIA documents if you don’t upload them. Also bring your FCC radiotelephone permit, first class medical, FAA license, vaccine card, all log books, driver’s license, passport, and DD-214 if you’re prior military.

You should upload all of this to the attachments section beforehand, but they ask you to show it all to them so they can verify the attachments are correct.

They pull them when doing the background check to verify if you have a degree.

My understanding is it's not required. I know of people called without degrees

Well hired without a degree is quite a bit different than lying about having a degree.........

Excited to get the invite. Got an automated email from Talent Acquisition saying a SuccessFactors Profile was created for me in the AA system. Does anyone know if I need to fill out all these categories on the career4.successfactors.com website recruiting just created for me? I already did the “Additional Info & Work Traits” stuff on the Pilot Credentials site. Can’t get an answer from recruiting. Thnx

Much of it will auto-populate for you, and filling in the remaining sections is relatively quick. It was never mentioned at the interview (in my case). My thought process was that since they sent me a link and asked to have it filled out I might as well do it.
