.............When its YOUR airline's turn to fall on the sword the narrative suddenly changes. I know this because I worked at PSA in the early 2010s. We were told to "stick it to the man" even though they slid a shutdown plan across the table. To the ire of the rest of the regional industry PSA pilots voted to save their own jobs. We all know what happened next........

this explains a lot. You’re as wrong now as you guys were then

Nothing wrong with making a career choice that works for a specific person. For example you went to RAH, and AA doesn't really hire you guys. So sounds like you didn't make the choice to come here either, and I don't fault you for that.

But some of us end up having to leave a carrier not by choice, yet still have to come here let out their inner keyboard warrior berating those you feel less dedicated to the profession than you. As someone alluded to up thread, it’s easy to tell someone else what to do when the gun isn’t pointed at your head.
And I’m not at RAH. I’m at the carrier with great schedule flexibility that managed to capture long term pay raises long before the high and mighty at that other WO.
Get in, get out, move on. Anything else is an Uncle Rico.

I mean, anyone can chose what they want, in hindsight there’s at least one ACMI I should’ve joined 5-6 years ago.

Do you know that he was forced to leave, or are you just speculating on his career to attack him? Sounds like you’re doing what you accuse him of doing.

I don't have to speculate. Also, when I'm no longer at PSA, I will have no urge to come back and relitigate regional wiener waving contests from over half a decade ago to make myself feel better on the interwebs.

Are you gonna answer vessbot’s question of weather AA is a subsidiary, parent or sibling on RAH’s Jumpseat or are you just gonna act like you won the debate? It was your priority table that you think is fair and there is a huge hole in it. BTW your not outsmarting people, they can see right through your illogical arguments. You constantly move the goal post to fit your argument. Also, It’s seems like after you got confronted with this problem in your argument, you just waited for the forum to move on and hoped people would forget about it. I’m not saying that for sure but I wouldn’t put it past you.
