They would be sent down and turned away. Or, the captain would notice ahead of time and tell the gate agent they would not be occupying the jumpseat. The next person would be sent down. That doesn’t change.

When republic is at an AA gate with an AA gate agent, it appears some babysitting will need to be done by the agent to ensure the priority list is followed correctly. We are following the list so it won’t be an issue. The issue will arise when a republic captain doesn’t follow the list. Pretty sure the memo and instruction they receive from their superiors will clue them into the situation and allow our flights to go without a hitch. Since it’s our company and all. A republic flight with some priority issues, not so much

So the CA will not follow the priority and instruct the gate agent to violate company policy and the AAG CA will take whoever is next on the priority list... Interesting because you all said that was impossible.

Sorry to tell you AA does not own the YX JS. You should be angry at APA not us for lowering you to equal priority.

where did you hear that AA IT has extra resources? APA is waiting on AA IT on many things.

Ask APA why AA management, YX management and IBT all had an agreement to make AAC FDJ reality and they refused to show up

You misunderstand: we said it was impossible for you guys to get the AA gate agent to help you circumvent the system to allow an OAL pilot to boot an AA pilot on an AA flight. You can deny scabs all you want, although I imagine it will raise some red flags now that it’s well known you’re trying to play games. If it was a republic gate agent I have no doubt you’d be successful.

If AA agents are instructed to award the jumpseat according to AA policy and the captain has a different list according to his/her...... FOM, the AA agent would be in charge of who gets to ask for a ride. If the agent won’t deviate from their company policies, they just don’t approve the next guy and the captain would be powerless to do anything about it.

I’m sure they did. Ask AA IT why they are 6 plus years behind on implementing our stuff? Which came first?

I sounds like republic is just tired of getting bumped by United pilots on AA flights to work their Aa pairings.

According to the FAA and DOT it’s an RAH flight not AA.

lol, AAG's strategy: The gate agents will save us! Good luck with that.
