Throw me a bone.
AA pilot and Republic pilot show up for JS on DL. It goes to Republic?
AA pilot and Republic pilot show up for JS on UAL. It goes to Republic?
AA pilots JS on AA, got that one.
AA and Republic on non-metal Feeders to UAL and DAL, any priority outside own metal?
Thanks, don't commute.

Except he somewhere where jumpseating isn’t a requirement for commuting. He is positive spaced.... so I disagree with ya and he makes a great point.

Really? If you agree you shouldn't bring business considerations into the jumpseat then you must agree that you shouldn't bring nonrev benefits into the argument either. One has nothing to do with the other.

my issue is having been on an MEC when they tried this in the past, nothing has changed except the names of those whining.... and trying to go around the APA.
Keep business interests out of the jumpseat.
I’ve seen regionals try to push pilots to take a jumpseat to get more revenue on board. If RAH pilots can make it about protecting the revenue, then the companies will too. An arbitrator will rule they’re right and we all will be on our way to losing control of the Jumpseat.
Just stop
RAH guys have benefits WO’s don’t, and WO’s have benefits RAH guys don’t. All regionals are not the same.

The NY CA rep before me was fired twice. Another two or three before him was fired seven times. It’s what Envoy does when you cause them too much grief by actually doing union work for real instead of for show.
The issue here effects the entire industry. If a company can put business interests into jumpseat priority (above owned, non-owned) then it’s just a matter of time until more business interests slowly take over the jumpseats from us.
Your Company DH will be in an assigned JS to put more revenue on board, blocking commuting pilots from ANY airline.

hey, get it right.... fired 3 times, once for less than a day, once for about a month, and finally they dragged one out long enough that I was already someplace much better.

Cujo I believe I asked you this over a year ago and you never answered me so I’ll try again. Do you think AA should be OAL on AA RAH Jumpseats? If you’re gonna stay consistent with your argument you will have to say yes.

Are you aware that DL and UA already have this same agreement with the regionals? Since you were a rep I'm sure you are.
If AAG is not willing to move YX to a status above OAL and below all AAG pilots (literally does not adversely affect any AAG pilot) then it is time to make the agreement reciprocal and AAG pilots will be adversely affected and no longer receive priority. YX pilots prefer to continue extending priority over OAL to AAG pilots on AE flights but if what we are asking for scares the pants outta APA and ALPA then I wonder how scared they will be once their pilots realize they can lose the JS to WN, DL, NK, B6 just like YX pilots lose to those same pilots on AAG metal

AA pilots don’t get priority on ALL YX flights over OAL for JUMPSEAT.
YX pilots want priority over OAL on ALL AA flights for JUMPSEAT.
Is this correct?
