So what I've been reading, and can put together, is he was previously married. When he found out his wife was cheating on him he asked for a divorce. One thing led to another and she retaliates by accusing him of child molestation. After fighting against that we was finally cleared. Then not only does she end up dead but also the "witness" that said he saw him molest said child (which was deemed a false accusation). Throughout all of this there seems to be some coverup on the military law side as well.
Crazy story. Just another reason to never get married. Women get crazy as they get older.

No, he wasn’t married. He thought he was. Then he found out his “ex-not-wife” was actually married to someone else and was sleeping with someone else. So he told her he wanted a divorce (or annulment as it turns out). She threatens to ruin him and then goes straight to the military with some wild accusations. He had already prepped the military and told them it was coming, along with the backstory. He ends up getting the marriage nullified due to bigamy laws and the fact that she was already married. She proceeds to ruin him.
Will be interesting to see how this turns out.

and interview with him here
Sad ending to a long military career, for sure, regardless of whether or not he is guilty.
I will say though after reading several articles and watching his interview, I find it very odd that they had so much data/evidence from the raids on him in 2015, but only moved to prosecute for murder now. Something doesn't add up. Hopefully the justice system works in whatever happens with this.

I don’t have a link, but I read there are numerous witnesses that saw him beat his step son outside when he “wasn’t mowing the lawn straight”, and several young kids that reported sexual assault when he was stationed in Germany (I think it was Germany), and he was also court martialed and spent 6 months in the brig. I highly doubt this guy was a victim. Even if he was, **** him. If he really killed these people, I hope they dump gasoline on him and set his ass on fire. I really don’t care what they “supposedly” did to him.

There was only one witness to this beating and he was supposedly screwing around with the guys "wife". It wasn't several young kids it was the three children with his ex "wife" who came up with these allegations after Martin discovered she was still married and decided to end their relationship, for which the ex "wife" threatened to destroy him and his career in front of witnesses. Neither the Family Court in Christian County nor the Court Martial found the allegations of sexual abuse to be credible and dismissed those charges and the felony assault charges.
The six months in the brig were for mishandling classified information. When his ex "wife" and her supposed lover were cleaning out his house they found classified information on a computer and some disks which they turned over to CID.

How stupid and screwed up do you have to be to solicit sex from an underage kid over the Internet? Probably half the "kids" online are LEO's running stings or adult "posers". This pilot actually showed up at a meeting location. I'm glad they nailed him. I keep hearing Larry the Cable Guy saying "you can't fix stupid".
Many years ago at USAir we had a pilot who owned a roller skating rink in TN. Turned out he was using video cameras in the boy's restroom. I moved up a number.

A few more facts...his wife was tossed out of family court after he showed the judge a video of her threatening to ruin his career by making up accusations. Judge also stated that she “witness tampered” by coercing/coaching the children’s testimony. When the civilian case fell apart, she shopped it to the Army who picked it up with great gusto. He was acquitted at court martial of all but *misdemeanor* mishandling classified info and possession of stolen property (govt owned computer) based on a computer found during a search warrant. While mishandling classified material is always bad, the fact that it only rose to misdemeanor level tells me it wasn’t S/TS level stuff.
Perhaps there’s more to this story. I met the guy several times in the crew room. He was quiet but friendly. I don’t think he did it but hey, I could be wrong.
