Exactly what I was hired with last year. Make sure you have a couple of internal recs, that helps a lot. Good luck.

I'm assuming PHX is pretty senior compared to LA or LGA on the 320? I wouldn't want to take it and be stuck on reserve for eternity...

It's always a personal choice, but I wouldn't commute to a 76 when I can drive to work on the bus.
