As viper mentioned guys having to be released is keeping the pipeline open.
You're thinking of the 80. They can't train new hires on the 80 past August, because after August, the last GFMS airplane gets retired and we don't have a dual FMS sim like the TWA 80s.

Default Domicile breakdown

I know it's been posted before, but does anyone have a domicile breakdown of all aircraft?

If you want to switch bases, there are two ways: through a vacancy bid, or through the Mutual Base Exchange program administered by APA. The vacancy bids are being run once a quarter, but the MBE is run once a month. There are some stipulations with the MBE, like it has to be the same aircraft and seat, and you both can’t be or become the most junior pilot in that status. The more people that want a base change and sign up for the program, the more likely it’s success for everyone. For some reason the button on the APA site isn’t working right now, and you must email [email protected].

I believe the one other condition for mutual base exchange is that either pilot can't be on reserve, correct?

Either pilot can be reserve. A pilot can not exchange into a status where they will become the most junior pilot.
