AA Class Drops

it is what I refer to as "hollow seniority" -- while that pilot will have a great many junior to him on the seniority list at the completion on OE, he will still be the junior among all qualified pilots. at least for a month or two.
exactly the same thing happened to me in LAX as a NH. I was 85% in category the day I finished OE. Problem was, no one junior to me was qualified.

Don't overthink that. AA has been waaaaay behind in all things training. They are more focused on getting people out on the line than they are getting international qual'd. IIRC, the 737 INT division in LGA is relatively new anyway.

Any thoughts which will be the better choice considering: ease of base cover, crashpad availability and accessibility, ease of commuting from DFW, quickest award of DFW transfer?
The LAX Airbus for Sep 22nd class is “international”. I’m assuming that’s not to say it’s only international flying from the LAX airports. Sounds like more exciting flying compared to domestic flying from NYC but I’ve been told most reserve flying out of NYC is either JFK or LGA; whereas LA flying is spread all over and the Uber ride is long and $$$. Trying to do some research before making any decisions. Thanks for any insight!

besides, if you already live in DFW, why not go ahead and go to the schoolhouse twice in the first year?
