Well obviously you didn't see his Avatar (is that the right word?). It speaks for itself, he was extremely qualified right after he got his commercial certificate...

Exactly. The wholly owned are the only ones not having an issue with staffing (wonder why that is?) as pilots from other regionals transfer over, so they have an insurance policy.

Don't pay him any attention. He is a troll whose only contribution is making inflammatory commentary posing as a cliché young entitled Embry Riddle Grad Millennial. He gets a hard on over working people up.

Lately the WOs have been filling large % of their classes with retreads from regionals with less certain futures (AWAC, XJT, MESA, TSA, Lakes, are some of the folks I've seen) once things start going south.
As more of the contract carrier pilots encounter uncertainty in their future they'll head to the WOs (at least that's managements hope) to keep a steady steam of folks coming OTS as well as through their MTP And cadet programs.
Once at the WOs, folks are leaving left and right to go to better opportunities. That won't be something that Management can stop, and pilots lower on the seniority list than the folks leaving like it because of advancement opportunities.
AAs flow scheme fosters cheap labor and higher profits on their domestic routes. It's highly unlikely they'll end the flow all together any time soon.

That's the truth. I've encountered very few people that are dead set on sticking it out till they flow. Everyone has apps out at all the usual top companies.
