how long for a new hire to hold a line on MIA 320?
how long for a new hire to hold a line on LAX 320?

what about right seat to left seat for both those bases?

Sometimes lines go junior so it’s tough to quantify. Then there’s the SLI so hire dates don’t necessarily reflect seniority. But to be a lineholder left seat in those bases you probably need around 16-20+ years at the moment depending on which airline you came from (LAA, east, west, TWA). It will be a vastly diffeeent story for someone hired today.
