There's a current grievance that's been pending for over a year now. They're going in month by month to pay it out.

Last I checked they were working on Sept 2016 new hires.

Classes for the rest of the year are projected at every two weeks except one one class in December. You will get a choice sheet on day two(or three?) with equipment options and training start dates. I was in class two years ago during Thanksgiving.

It sounds like your class may be seeing their training dates over Thanksgiving and possibly Christmas.

I just e-mailed APA one of the lawyers to get a status update. As of my last email in June, they were finishing September. I'll post here when I get the latest (got an out of office reply so it may be a few days).

Apparently we were always supposed to get MALV per the JCBA, but the company was still doing the LC-SC-Line stuff.

You should've gotten MALV for the full training months and whatever you could hold for the partial training months (IOE, if you finished mid-month).

Anecdotally, classes since at least this spring have been receiving MALV. It speaks to why you select equipment so early... so you can be paid according to your bid status.
