Or at the very least the equipment so it'll be easier to get to where you need. Nothing far fetched. Honestly if you are over 34 you'll most likely be able to hold something other than 190.

Very easy.
I've been here 3.5 years and would be 50% on the A320 vs 75% in DFW or CLT. I'm thinking about bidding back there this fall and winter so I can get weekends off and ski (in Colorado not PA) with the kids next year.
New hire can likely get it before training is complete...

All the E190 discussion is about PHL basing. It's the only E190 base.
Junior 320, eff. June 1st, are March new hires. Transferring in from LGA. They'll either go straight from IOE to PHL or be on rsv for 10 days (+/-) after IOE in LGA.
If you get the 737 it might take up to 21 months after DOH, if you get withheld.
