Wrong again grasshopper....Miami is 80.2 degrees West......Charlotte is 80.8 degrees west......you’d have to travel slightly east from CLT to get to MIA. I’m gonna guess you didn’t major in geography.

Just an FYI for those interested. There will be no more DFW S80 for anyone wanting DFW as a new hire unless something drastically changes in our fleet plans. I believe late MAY was the last of them being offered. August is supposedly the end of the Long Term S80 training slots they are doing on the fleet and those are all full already. I asked the training department for a hopeful friend with an August class date. I could always be wrong knowing this company making last minute changes, but it sounds like it's done (for real this time).

Unless they find outside sims, full course training won't happen for the S80 after August. The last of the GFMS jets (the same box as the sim) get parked in September. We'll only have the TWA FMS airplanes and we don't have a sim for those.
