I got a CJO about a month ago and I had 1850ish TT when I got the email for the video interview. I have a buddy that received a CJO five months earlier with 1700ish TT.

DL numbers but the other legacies probably have similar numbers (UA TT similar, AA's was lower) -

1/2014-11/2015 2015

civ 7644/4110 PIC 7086/3539 PIC
mil/civ 4949/2971 PIC 4396/2605 PIC
mil 3120/2236 PIC 3046/2143 PIC

DL said lowest mil hire TT was 1,500. Civilian was 2,050.

AA said their avg OTS TT was 3,950. What it doesn't say is that the pure OTS group was maybe 75-80%(?) military. So if they hired 100 OTS, 60 were pure mil, 20 were mil/civ, and 20 were pure civ and they had DL's average TT the group avg would have been 4389 vs. DL's avg of 5,038 (1/2014-11/2015). Based on that this napkin analysis it appears that AA's avg's might be slightly lower than DL's averages.

Wondering the same. I hear nothing but fighter dudes getting invites from the MIL crowd, rarely heavy drivers.

Not true. I know two ANG tanker dudes in the same unit who got invites last Spring within days of each other. One got hired and the other passed on the offer because he had a class date with another legacy. Both were around the 2,500-3,000 TT mark. One was an IP and the other a straight up AC. Neither had a substantial amount of civ time.
