The HNL loads have always been constantly high and nothing has changed with the market or profit margins over the years. There are just way to many other new routes to focus energy on that offer up to over 3x the margins that HNL offers.

That's probably very well said. I would think as Allegiant acquires more airbus aircraft, the increase in range alone will probably allow it to continue opening new cities.

Keep in mind that the "5%" bonus is only on earnings through September...That means it is improperly labeled and is only approximately 3.75% of your annual salary. Now that is some fuzzy math.
