FLL Base Strength

Would also like to get insight on the dress attire for the meet and greet.

Also what would you say the strength of FLL base is? Any future expansion or would a closure be more likely?

Usually a chief pilot and a recruiter. It's like a mini interview where they feel you out, and you get to ask questions. Pretty much industry standard...
