I don't see how the mediator and the nmb can take these people seriously.

If our union negotiators had countered to the “Pay Band” reward system, they would have legitimized its existence. And that would have been the basis for compensation; Pay Band. Anyone who isn't a rich 1000/hr Fordharrison attorney would agree that's a non starter. Shrewd and wise move not to do so.

If a pilot has minimum days off every month (worked 20), they would have to drive over 200 miles every day they worked all year. As much as I'd like to agree, the number is way off and B. Let the limo driver do it.

Ok guys serious question. Only a hypothetical of course. What if the worse possible scenario for allegiant management occurs; nmb grants our unions proffer request. 30 day cooling off, we reject arbitration, not sayin that would happen.
We have a mandated system chief pilot required by faa regs, then we have all these enforcer types around the system, our base chiefs. If we were to lock out and strike, what would be the accepted protocol to be considered a scab? Who gets a pass?

I asked this exact question during the phone interview and quoted the APC number of Dec 2014. I can't exactly remember the answer, but I think that was one of those Virtual Domiciles (could be naming that wrong) upgrade anomalies. The chief pilot (at least I think it was the chief pilot) chimed in and said to expect a 3 year upgrade dependent on your domicile. Some places upgrade quicker than others is what I got out of that answer.
