Few questions.

How does reserve work at Allegiant? Call out times, etc.. Long call and short call?

Also, how does dead heading to corporate work for trainings and recurrent if your base does not fly into LAS? Do they buy you a ticket on another airline?

Everything is short call reserve, 1.5 hour call out to the parking lot. No airport appreciation days (so far) and no long call.

If they can't get you on Company to LAS, then yes, they put you on other airlines.

Thanks.

I'm guessing you don't do much dead heading with your business model? But when you do, what is the pay credit?

Employee Survey is out!

Funny how the FP&A and Accounting departments seem to have the highest satisfaction.

It was also interesting that the FP&A folks (while it was only 16) seemed unsure if they would be here in 3 years.

Not much dead heading involved in day-to-day operations. Although that's changed in recent times.

What is the junior base? What are people getting awarded out of training? How long are people staying on reserve? Can one expect to get any base in a reasonable amount of time? Upgrade times?

According to APC, their most junior captain upgraded in less than a year. December 2014 hire.
