How does one update their application on file? More specifically, I'd like to upload a current resume, but I don't see a way to delete the one already on file. Anyone know of a way to do so, or do they just stack up on top of each other?
Also, it appears there's no way to go back to the flight time portion of the app once it is submitted (no way to update TT), correct?
(This is in regards to their request in the email I got to periodically update my resume/app.)

Man, that's too bad about your situation, but thanks for sharing your experience.

My point was that I'm not sure if there are unlimited document uploads... And I admit I'm being a bit snarky about what I was told at the job fair, but it struck me as either an unreasonable assumption about Allegiant's hiring leverage, or a hint that they didn't want me working there, ever. At the risk of hijacking the thread with a stupid story that doesn't matter to anyone but me and a few dozen friends who are in a similar career situation as I am...
Telling a mil pilot with 2500 fighter/instructor hrs to "get 500 hrs anywhere but here, then update your resume" just because he spent a few yrs flying RPAs, and then expecting him to come back to Allegiant, doesn't seem to be a realistic appraisal of the state of the industry. At the very least, that certainly isn't the path *any* of my peers have followed. They've generally flown their 500 hrs then signed on with a Legacy. I don't take it personally since hey maybe Allegiant sitting on a stack of premium 5000 hr applications, but I do think it shut the door to that particular career path option quite firmly.
As I said, I got a CJO I'm quite happy with and I'm excited to get hired by a company that seems happy to bring me onboard. I can't see any better way to start out than that so things are quite rosy on my end. Contract smrontract, we're all getting new contracts in the next year or two, right?
And finally, I have friends who fly for Allegiant and they love how the business model and scheduling enhances their QOL. So I'm not trying to talk any of that down either. Just wanted to clarify, not complain, since I've got nothing to complain about

SkyWest. They were very professional about it, full interview at the job fair too. Considering my job history and recency, I was very happy to have 2 options to start out my second career. No gripes at all, happy to be given a chance.

Whats your source? Forgive me if I choose to believe SA (member of negotiating committee before I believe a random person on the internet) his reason we wouldn't get it sooner is that the guys on Wallstreet could reverse engineer our profit sharing amount and possibly receive insider knowledge on our earnings before they are released. I would love for you to be right but just wondering where you got this information from?

Do you guys know how the company is going to treat the MD to AB changeover in AVL? For a new hire today, would they be changed to the AB or displaced to another MD base until the equipment lock expires?

I see on the Allegiant Air | website that there are schedules posted for MYR. Is this a permanent crew base? It's not listed on apc as one.
