Wasn't a matter of pay. It was a matter of having no contract and no protections at all. A contract was just something everybody wanted.

I hope some of you guys find happiness somewhere... It won't be here, so keep the complaining at home. No one wants to hear it.
Yeah, good luck with that. You're going to hear everybody complaining soon enough.

And needed for self preservation. G4 has fired and disciplined more pilots per percentage than any in our category. Unlike Delta, had the TA been voted down we don’t have the luxury of a near century’s worth of status quo contracts to fall back on, and build upon. To which it’s been over a year since Delta voted down their TA. That’s a gamble of having no mishaps the majority was not willing to take. Being an at will captain at g4 is the proverbial cat in a room full of rocking chairs.

What are the chances of getting something on the west coast as a Jr. FO? I'm considering commuting from Seattle. Is it worth it?

Read back 2 pages or so and you'll have your answer.

This statement assumes the majority of the g4 electorate can’t critically think for themselves and calculate their own cost and benefit analysis, that they can individually live with. You certainly know better and can speak to the future sentiments of all 579.

Just give it up, you'll be happier. Every one of these guys posted somewhere that they would vote no but support the contract if it passed. Now that it passed, they're pulling a "Ted Cruz." With the exception of maybe 2, none of them did anything for the union. Now they're ****ed that "the union" couldn't get them the goldilocks clause they wanted.

Is it true that Allegiant does a lot of 1-day trips? Leave in the morning, home for dinner type stuff?

I went backwards several pages and couldn't find anything that lists your bases ranked by seniority. Would anyone be willing to shed a light on your bases most junior to senior?

Thanks!!

If your definition of a lot is nearly 100% of all flying, then yes...
