The great part is that all the carriers are raising the bar for us since they are all in negotiations and going to get bumps in most areas as well. The longer the company waits the less likely a TA will be approved unless it's pretty damn good.

Management is running out of bad news, and now they're trying to spin the “We’re not an airline”, distraction. When times are bad in aviation we get the look at your counterpart airlines; then we’re an airline. They play whatever song is expedient at the time. Yet their bonuses and rich union busting attorneys never suffer.

The emails are coming fast and furious now. Starting to get the feeling of desperation from the company yet they are stalling. Every quarterly earnings report that comes out should help our cause and hopefully some of our "peers" get a TA released. If not, hopefully the NMB agrees and we get our 30 day cooling off.

"Over the last few months, the company has made numerous proposals to the union that include significantly higher wages, improved retirement plans, a union-sponsored health plan, and better scheduling rules for the pilots."
I went to the companies wage calculator, how can they say this with a straight face, my increase as a 3 year FO would only be 770 according to the company proposed pay scale. last month I heard the companies proposal to medical insurance was a huge premium increase for the family plan, and they were also reducing what they would pay for their share of the family plan premium.
I can't wait to see what the company thinks "better scheduling rules" are.
