Happened to catch this. Apparently Allegiant management publishes the negotiation updates for the pilots and not the union?

Anyway, I was wondering after reading this, does Allegiant management when interviewing look for pilots who want to stay there or simply build a little time and get out like at the regionals?
It sounds like they are priming pilots to expect to be the lowest of everything in each category?

I'm really not following what either of these items have to do with pay and benefits. Considering we are the worlds most profitable airline, why do I care about ASM's.
Also, I couldn't care less about code shares and I know that the big 4 pilots absolutely hate code shares. Not to mention the issues we have here regarding scope. But you make mention of how we're not like Southwest or Spirit, and then show me a graph stating they don't code share either.
So tell me, how does anything in that presentation sway a line puke like me into buying into your proposal?
Didn't we use pay our former CEO AL, more in salary than Southwest's CEO? What's good for the goose.....

Mav is following the standard FH playbook. Manage expectations and confuse the issues. So much for honor. Allegiant management must be getting nervous, of the possibility of a release. The more end running around our union we see, might actually be an indication of desperation. Lets hope.
Besides didn't those Allegiant talking heads, what's her/his name say g4 wants to attack the issues at the bargaining table?

I'm curious if someone may be noticing that the longer the wait is to sign a contract, the higher the bar will be raised, resulting in increased overall costs in the medium/long term. I'd bet the union would have settled for B6/NK rates 18 months ago.
