Are negotiations done today or tomorrow? No updates from the union, although I expect things likely went the same as last month.

Some positive news would be welcomed - for sure. My fear is the company kicks the can down the road until a Frontier merger next Spring. That would slam on the brakes & keep labor costs down.

Not if it's done on a work order. It'd be written up as "Work order xxxx due" and signed off as "work order xxxx c/w."

Your fears are justified. If they follow the playbook, they will do the minimum to keep the game in play. Drag this out as far as possible.

I didn't write 'strawberry fudge brownies...' I wrote 'A $ $ C L O W N' and I meant it! Who the hell is editing this forum? The Mormon tabernacle choir?

I can't tell if you are being facetious or not? Can you expand on the "visionary talent" current in place in Flight Ops?

So he's taken over Ops, are they on the way out? It's a serious question. He's bad news for us.

TH, TS and KW are all amazing people and very good at their job. I think we finally have people in place that will stand behind the pilots and people who we can trust. Whether or not the higher ups will give them the power to do the right things or cut them off at the knees remains to be seen. I for one am happy to see those three in their positions.
