Can anyone tell me if IWA is Bus or MD, and how junior/senior it is for FO's? Is prior experience ever taken into account for fleet assignment, or just pure seniority (DOB)?

seniority in class is purely DOB and everyone bids open slots available based on that seniority.

IWA has Both AB and MD. MD FO is junior and right now around six month to hold subject to change. IWA can be very up and down. It will go junior for a bit then will sit with no movement at all for period of time.

Year round. These are charters for Apple Vacations. I believe CVG is slated to start Kingston, Jamaica

The Cancun turns are credited at 7 hours and Punta Cana is right around 8. I don't know if it's just PIT, or the entire Allegiant system, but the block times seem to be unusually tight, so going over block/credit is pretty common. I was getting around 7.5 for CUN and 8.2ish for PUJ. Throw in deicing and you'll be pretty close to 117 daily flight time max.

Thurs and Sunday are PUJ turns and Fri, Sat, Monday are CUN turns (both starting at 6am, finishing around 4). As was said, yes they are year round. And as I mentioned before, they usually go to the top 1 & 2 pilots in base.
