My guess would be KVPS since they are advertising a new partnership to be announced on the 12th. Then again, I am just putting two vague pieces of a big puzzle together.

Looks like you were right on one of the new cities:

Nonstop Service to Baltimore / Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI)

Nonstop Service to Destin–Fort Walton Beach Airport (VPS)

Also Savannna, San Diego and Jacksonville. Have we had bases in those spots before? Sounds like a lot of TDYs to me.
