Operations (panic, screaming, papers flying): "We can't get people to come to class…let's brainstorm! (long pause, buzzing sound) Here's an idea…pay them!…and cover the hotels!" Yes, yes, that will fix it!…

Classes of 50, in complete disbelief, suddenly realizing that everything they read was true and they have 5-6 days to learn the MD-80 systems before facing a TYPE RIDE WITH A FED.

Perhaps allegiant wants new hires to get pink slipped on the oral or check ride. Once that happens they own them because they are not going to get hired somewhere else anytime soon if ever.

Congrats, I’m assuming everything went well for you? What did you think of all the chasing “Good-Gouge” crap? Keep in mind this airplane has been around since Howard Hughes, and operated by G4 for over a decade.

His total compensation for 2013 was $5.2 million. Gary Kelly's was just over $4 million to run a company with 17 TIMES the revenue of Allegiant. Yeah, we're different all right.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see him again in our future.

No, I wish I was done! Oral is next week, followed by sim. I'll say this, everyone seems genuinely interested in our success and are doing their best to get us the information. I just feel the entire training department is overwhelmed with all of the new hires and upgrades and transitions, which is not helping any of us. As for the gouge, I will say the gouges are actually extremely helpful and is a big part of what is keeping us going through class!
