I don't have the answer to your question but, I had the phone interview 4 weeks ago (which I felt really good about) however I got the "no thanks" email tonight.

If anyone in the know could PM me with the skinny on the phone screening, I'd be most appreciative. Thank you in advance!

To give perspective to those of you wanting to come to G4...A senior captain schedule for August (#2 in base and top 10% company wide) had 12 days off with 76 hours of pay. No more than 2 days off at a time. No money, no time off to enjoy your life, and no retirement contribution from the company. For those of you heartbroken about a failed phone interview or feeling defeated that G4 won't call you, believe me when I say it is a huge blessing in disguise. You don't want to go to G4 and get force fed the Kool-Aide, just to find out in 5 years you've wasted your time. Do yourselves a favor and go to a real airline where you'll get treated and paid like a professional. Don't settle for the bottom of the barrel.
