The beauty of Allegiant is that there will never be an illegal pilot job action for two reasons. First, most of the Allegiant pilots are professionals and take pride in their job performance. Second (and most important), is that they don't HAVE to. Without the constant pilot intervention, the operation tends to grind to a halt on its own accord.

Appears that if said hats were actually worn, they actually come from a company called Us Versus Them... Either way, not a classy move.

You never did answer what regional you want to hang out at tell a Legacy calls you. You did however get the mod to delete your reply which was very enlightening about you, not me.
I just call out the absurd remarks made on this thread. There's real stuff to complain about without going off into la la land. You tell people to stay at a regional... But you won't leave here for a regional ....
Hypocritical? Is that the right word? What would you call it?

Hey MG....stop trolling the forums and get out and see what's going on at the airport. Haven't seen you in LAS for over a year.

This sounds almost exactly like our system CP talking in my last recurrent class. Attacking people for saying that the place has safety issues that need to be addressed by saying, "if you don't like it maybe G4 isn't the right place for you." He then would follow up by dropping a couple F bombs then storms out of the room saying he's got fires he needs to put out. (For those of you not working here this is not exaggerated) With that level of professionalism I wouldn't be surprised if he's posting on these boards. Now we all know why we can't get a response to an email.

If so, maybe he'd better REALLY think of changing that hair style before Allegiant goes belly up and he is forced to return to AA....
After this debacle of kicking all of his pilots in the sack, I doubt he'd have a good homecoming over there.....

Hahaha! Did I not call him out a few pages ago! The one and only MG is trolling the forums. I had heard before that him or one of his minions (office FOs) would read all these posts and report back to him....
MG you don't need to go to AA anytime soon. You got a good gig man, you got a good gig!!! These are good problems to have!!!
Oh and for the record, yes, I was in a recurrent class when he said all that and very "professionally" thew F bombs all over the place. He also told a few CAs who brought up issues that they should just go to SW and that he would write them a letter of recommendation......
All you regional guys, still wondering how to get in to this marvelous place?? Take it from a guy who left, wait it out for Jetblue or Spirit or a Legacy.....

I didn't see you call out the person who said the pilot group will give new hires a cold shoulder. I did.
I came from a regional and it was the best thing I ever did. My wife loves that I am home every night. If you move to where you are based, life is good. Yes, this place sucks for commuters.
I realize that some people like to go on the web boards and have some delusion that if they spew forth stuff that they do not even believe that they will be able to dry up the applicants and that will somehow get us a contract sooner.
How about doing this.. Post the stuff that is real (unreliable aircraft, no work rules, TDYing, no contract, poor mx etc)
But don't post stuff that in bs
We are going to keep filling our classes anyway so you do not have to lie to the potential new hires that are reading the post.

So I ask someone to take their own advice....

Stock has hit an all time high. The drop due to the strike threat in April has been completely erased. MG is sitting on $800 million while they sit across the negotiating table and pound their fists over pennies. The operation is in shambles without even the slightest interest in management to make it better, and it appears Wall St couldn't care less. Only 2 things will precipitate a change now. One, the NMB pulls its head out its rear end and releases the pilots or two, a catastrophe. I sure hope the it's the first one.
