Sorry for quoting myself, but one of your guys just got a class assignment at a legacy.

With many more to come. Unless something changes, the path this airline is taking is VERY dangerous.

That date is wrong; I've attempted to contact APC to correct it several weeks ago, but someone's asleep at the update switch. The correct date WAS 12/2013, until our Winter 2015 quarterly bid was awarded (what, 3x now?) and the new Jr CA is 8/14. No DEC's!! Just freakishly quick upgrades...for now...

How so? The company seems to be doing a great job at stalling and nothing promising seems to come from the union. You have the fighting spirit which is good, but unless there is a victory for the union soon I fear enthusiasm among the pilot group will wane. This process can't be drug out for years on end.

Correct, and that enthusiasm will be redirected to applying and interviewing at other carriers. Many, many are waiting to see what will happen this year. If we don't get released and if we lose in court, this is going to be an absolutely horrific place to work for many years to come. I fear that a catastrophe will be the only wake up call that this management will take seriously.

You will NOT get a call unless attending a Job fair.

My stats:

9,000 TT
6,000 TPIC
5 types
35 excellent health (former athlete)

They're very uninterested in me.
