Yet they trip and fall into obscene profits. Can you imagine how much we would make if we hired good people to lead us? Allegiant can be described as "a poorly executed great idea".

After that, another email saying you didn't get it.

It's part of the attempt to get you ready to deal with what goes on here on a daily basis.
A new guy I flew with told me this. He got no thank you emails while he was in ground school as well.

Like the history of aviation has shown. Almost anyone can make money with an improving economy and oil at $50 a barrel. The test comes when oil spikes to $130 and unemployment spikes as the economy goes into a recession.

What's wrong with porn in there?

As for the guys waiting... just keep in mind it's HIGHLY likely you'll be in class when a strike goes down. No seriously, it's getting to the 11th hour on that. It's one thing to be in base and just stay home, but a whole 'nother to be kicked out of the LAS hotel left to your own devices.

That said it takes about 2-4 weeks to hear back after the interview. They might even be waiting to see what the court's response to the proffer is before scheduling another class. If you don't hear anything after 6-8 weeks the verdict is probably no, they tend to do that also although you should get an official email.

At GV if you can handle the schedule you sound prime for Atlas? They are known to hire guys without a lot of recent 121 experience also.

Anyone experiencing the same thing or I am the only rare guy didn't get any contact at all?

Is it disorganized, disjointed; nobody on the same page, incoherent messages or lack thereof? That’s going to be what you can expect in training, crew scheduling and day-to-day operations.
