I don't think you got it. Pretty sure he meant, have you ran your 5 types and being in excellent shape (former athlete) to Delta. I think it was a joke cause it sounded pretty toolish. Haha. Don't worry, I have my apps in everywhere too. I check my email every few hours, even my spam folder... Nothing but porn in there... : (

I don't think they have a class scheduled until April or May. March is being referred to as our Xmas due to the schedule. I wouldn't sweat it just yet.

What's going on there at HR? It has been a week since phone interview, no reject email, no interview invitation, nothing...... Does the phone interview just help management to burn time during the day????
Anyone experiencing the same thing or I am the only rare guy didn't get any contact at all?

Then, you'll get an email saying you did get it.
After that, another email saying you didn't get it.
Finally, there'll be a phone call for the real interview.
It's part of the attempt to get you ready to deal with what goes on here on a daily basis.

If a week to get a response to a phone interview bothers you then this is NOT the place for you.
We have a program where if you have a problem you email your manger. Then you wait five business days. If you haven't received a response then guess what? You email them again and wait five days. Then what you ask? Well then you are allowed to email the person next up from them and start the process again.
