was a bit surprised by the 8 no's and the few that did not vote. But great to see the great number of yes votes especially since that number exceeds the number of pilots that were on property a year ago let alone when IBT was voted in.

A very big thanks to the Airways & Southwest crews to get all the IWA "Phoenix" crews a ride up to LAS to walk the line. Appreciate it!

....."We are committed to negotiation process. We were disappointed we were unable to meet with our crew members and the negotiator during the past two months; we were prepared to meet. However, we have a scheduled meeting for February and discussions are in the works regarding a March session........"
Gee, MG, why didn't the Company meet with us? The Mediator cancelled on us both in Dec & Jan...nice omission of facts. But!!! APA offered to meet wih the Company as scheduled this month, even w/o the Mediator, but the Company declined. Whatever for, may I ask?
Hmmm...

The only email about the injunction that I can remember was the one about the "victory" getting the court moved from FLL to LAS. I don't remember getting any others lately.

with regards to the TA, if there ever is one, do you guys have any "dealbreakers" that must be in the TA in order to get your yes vote? life at the bottom is much different than life in the middle or top. some things are more important to others and i'm curious what the consensus is, or if there is one. if they don't address the chronic way they reroute or change your schedule, it will be a no vote from me. because when you FINALLY get off reserve, it's like you are back on it again. so frustrating.

The negotiating committee is aware of what needs to be changed. There are many deal breakers that I have personally but I don't feel I should share them as if and when our management comes to the table, they will only look at those items. The whole PWA needs to be updated and upgraded, better to work on that.
