I found an app called Airline Roster and works great. It's free at first, then you have to pay 4.99 I believe after a couple months. There are a lot of great features including importing your schedule to LTP and iCal. Customer service is great too. Usually no more than a day to get a response. Hope this helps.

What has been the resume of an average FO hired lately at Allegiant? What kind of experience are they hiring guys with?

Upgrades?
Just curious but the APC section shows the newest captain there as a Dec 2014 hire...this isn't correct is it? Are you guys hiring DECs there? I'll keep doing some searching but just seems like that is crazy!

Tells you something about this place when there are 3-8 year FO's passing it up... Beware.

what are the bullet points as to why pilots are so mad about being at allegiant? what makes the work rules worse than a regional? and are you getting just enough money to not try to bail to a lower tier major like jetblue or spirit?

Well, here's Spirit's info (the minimum standard?), based only on the topics addressed by 'labbats'. Some of it better than HAL, some of it not. Like HAL, just about all of it better than ALG currently.

HAL: 4.25
ALG: None
401k Match and eligibility
Spirit: 8% match, going up to 9%
HAL: 15% gross, no match needed
ALG: 100% first 2% then 50% for next 3% for a total of 5% match

Spirit: $2.15
HAL: $2.50 CONUS and International varies from $3.50-$5.21 depending
ALG: $1

HAL: Bidding allowed, and 1 instructor can be no-listed
ALG: Pilots won't be able to Bid for Training
Days Off
Spirit: 13 days off min for Regular and Relief line holder, 12 days off for RSV line, 72 hour guarantee both. All days off must be in blocks of, at minimum '5 days in a row, but no lower than 4' (which works out to 2x 4 day off blocks and 1x 5 day off block for line-holders, minimum). No long call.
HAL: 12 days off min for Res & Line Holder, 75 hours guarantee both
Long Call res goes into effect Jan 4th.
ALG: 11 days off for lineholders, 10 for reserves
Long-Call Reserve program - none
Sick
Spirit: Sick is 4 hrs/mo, max 400 hours accrued. If you use all your sick bank, you can borrow 24 more hours, to be re-accrued when you return. You can also use your vacation bank, if you so choose.
HAL: Sick is at 7.50 hrs/mo, max 1080 hours accrued. IF you use more than 270 consecutive hours for sick call, then the accrual rate increases to 10hr/mo upon return until your sick back is whole again.

ALG:PTO for both sick and vacation...
year 2-3 ... 35 hours a year
year 4-6 ... 45 hours a year
year 7+ ... 52 hours a year
Sick calls paid at 100% if it brings you under the 70 hour guarantee. If over 70 hours you must use PTO. See above.

I'd be interested to see other mainline carriers add to this list

Regional Mentality
Your question is the essence of the problem. You’ll get yours elsewhere at some other time and/or place is regional mentality. This is not a pay for departure airline. We do not compete for two or three customers who have already colluded on price. We compete for many more customers who are not as savvy, and is reflected in the enormous profits management is raking in.
