Default Allegiant vs. regional

I am a decently senior ca with a regional...I have applied to Allegiant and was just wondering if any of the guys there could tell me about the flying. I know you are home almost every night I think. Basically just trying to get a good feel for the company and if most people are happy there, and if it would be worth it leave where I am.
Thanks

Don't do it. Build your PIC time until you can get on with an airline where you won't be an non-Union pogue undercutting other professional pilot's contracts.

I make more being non union than I ever did being a part of ALPA. How is that undercutting the profession?

Do you get a 401k and a pension at your union gig? Maybe you are the one undercutting the profession for people like me, ever take a look in the mirror?

Been awhile since I have been around the interview, You can expect a couple Q&A session, One with HR and a couple pilots and one with the Chief Pilot. They are doing short sim check. Its Microsoft sim just looking at basic IFR. (holds ect.)

They are really looking at the type of person you are and if you will fit in at allegiant. Does help to have a good understanding of the business model of allegiant.

Might want to take a look at DAL wages. They are ALPA, & pay way more then JB, VA, & Allegiant. BTW, US Airways wages are a result of BK, & if their snap back clause is ruled in favor by the arbitrator they'll be making more then all of us.
