Someone who understands and gets it! If anything the whole mess over at USAirways is now directly attributable to USAPA and their stance on seniority. They have no one to blame but themselves.
It is ironic though that USAPA went to an arbitrator to get a ruling on the snapback provisions in their ALPA negotiated contract.

Second that. Tired of clods spouting off about unions. BTW, if money was the only issue, we can get rid of about 31 other sections, and negotiations would be pretty quick. Instead of pretending to be so worldly and informed about labor relations, read a few books and get involved in your local. Look around, if you want to fly major freight and passenger airlines, that attitude will get you nowhere. Stay with what bizjet or low-rent outfit you want.
