Why do people add "Ir" in front of a perfectly spelled word? Why does adding the "ir" not change the meaning of the word? "Irregardless" is not a word. I think you were looking for "regardless."
If you are going to correct grammar / spelling you better be top English dog. Which you are not, so end it there, ... or is it their, no they're.
I remember during OCS, Marines would use the word "orintate" as in "... orintate their map." What does that mean? I tried to correct them once, it didn't work, so I just listened to their idea and ignored their misuse of the English language.
Anyway, debate ideas, don't grade folks grammar / spelling.

Actually it's the opposite. On the last AE SEA 7ER went to 2007 hires and MSP 7ER went to late 08 hires. Basically the bottom of the list.

I just checked on the Sept Bid List and the plug (I like that term) in MSP is 9-17-07, #11627, You are correct, just under 3 years (by a week or so).
I still think that pilot will get displaced by a MD, if not they are going to be the plug and on reserve for a long time.

Old argument
I don't really get ya but they can't simply be laid off because they want to be union. Allegient has been profitable this entire time and crew cost aren't the main reason why. While everyone keeps expanding until they have to "shrink to profitability" Allegient has stayed the course. I don't expet their pay to be top tier but there's no reason their guys couldn't at least argue for industry standard.
In the past a 757 captain commonly made over 200K but now it is far less and dropping. I expect it to reach the break even point at 85K for a domestic Boeing jet captain.

You thought that sentence was real? My response was to another poster who was trying belittle someone. It's the equivalent of someone calling you a "moran". If you're going to take a swing at least cover your basis.

So, you don't think those guys on the bottom of the MSP 7ER are going to be displaced during this next AE/MD from guys getting booted out of SLC.

I see the opposite in the industry. Dirt bag companies who pay their employees poor wages are growing while those who have been handcuffed by union contracts are fading. Besides what it the industry "standard" anymore?

Right... so tell me how you're arriving at this 85,000 figure, considering I was making over 6 figures in the right seat on said airplane (and now the same in a smaller plane)?
