Plenty was found, and the amount of finances that are unaccounted for is stagering. The question is, WILL THE IBT make something of it? That remains to be seen. So even after they (Local) gets its final debrief, all the evidence and report by the auditors will then be taken back to Washington for a final decision. So again, NO, it's not over, NO plenty was found, NO a final decision has not been made by the IBT.
Personally, I do NOT believe they will look the other way, even IF they wanted to; but, we'll see. Just bc the IBT decides to do "nothing" doesn't mean that there was no there there, it will only prove that the IBT is still the good'ol IBT. But I once again say, I believe they won't look the other way... They have been playing clean up for months on many issues regarding corruption, embezzelment, and even raketeering. I doubt they're going to want this level of PR by a "small" local and one dude that decided to run that local as his own personal expense account.

Just know this, the current assessment shouldn't even BE! We voted on this when we were 1224, when we became 2118 we were suppose to VOTE ON IT AGAIN. Did we? Nope! Not so much, so that right there should be troublesome to everyone. Especially when Mr. Experience had soooo much experience running a union said that's what this pilot group needed now more than ever. Many got dooped to say the least.

The "unpublished" news were a farce started by AR. The audit "concluded" two weeks ago. The auditors returned to "collect" and ensure the "corrections" were made. The rhetoric/LIE that nothing was found, there were a few receipts missing, or that nothing "stuck" is pure disinformation by AR.

JC 42, audit results, and two investigations by national should all be concluded by the end of the week or early next week. They will all show that this has been because of the petty actions of RJ because he thought he would get to run the union if the Transparency slate won. Also RJ had been making back door deals with the CP office. National will most likely make him issue a statement at the very least, if not force him to resign. O’Brien and Zuck don’t appreciate having to send investigators from DC out twice on BS claims. National is fed up and is going to start coming down hard on the conspiracy crowd that is clearly helping the company spread FUD.
BV, you are going to be sorely disappointed when AR is cleared at the end of the week, and if you dont stop trying to harm the union, expect to be fined and charged under the national constitution.
Also reach out to JC and JR and ask how they like having the FBI in their lives. GES has never had an election overturned in 40 years and 8000 elections. The conspiracy that anything was other than above board is ridiculous.
