I don’t think we are satisfied with Robles and we definitely don’t believe him. He still has disciples, but the vast majority of pilots I speak don’t trust a word he says. Every pilot I have spoken with since the corruption investigation has said they trust flight ops leadership more than Robles - that is a shocking fact.
Robles had the pilot group in the palm of his hand when it was his word vs the tool’s word. Now, she’s long gone and he’s completely lost the trust of this pilot group. Instead of asking their union questions, pilots are asking flight ops management because they don’t trust the union’s talking points about negotiation - that is utter failure of organized labor and only Robles could have screwed something up so badly.
Marg - what’s the word with John Owen of APA over there? He’s the hired gun that Robles brought in. We finally have somebody in negotiations who knows how the NMB game is played. He should have been here the whole time.

What happened to all this momentum you were telling me about? I claimed it was election postering, you claimed it was real momentum.

He’s still in campaign mode. Terrified that we will be able to vote again.

Me as Andrew - Progress has been made lately.
Me as not Andrew - I have been pretty consistent with my belief we are years away, look back a bunch of pages.

If we were in the 7th inning in November and we’ve made progress lately does that mean we are in the 8th inning or the 9th inning?

We might be. I don’t think you are a baseball expert but my guess is we are going extra innings, ie 10th, 11th, 12th, 13th, 14th innings. Etc.

When someone uses the analogy of being in the 7th inning of something most reasonable people would assume they are talking about a 9 inning game. Unless that person is a bull@&tter then you just know you are dealing with a scumbag/dishonest person and who knows what they mean.
