For standing bid out for current pilots there is 1 IND FO spot open for July 1st effective date. The 4 to 5 most junior are 2024 hires. Only about 16 crews in the base. It is possible some of the junior pilots would have a bid for another base when a spot comes open, so it could be fast or if everyone stays put could be a while. This is true of about any base. Growth and movement. We are still short-staffed overall however, the 737 for 2024 is delayed and we as of now will only add 12 this year instead of 24. So hard to say how this would change hiring and or location of choice. The 737 did have open FO slots and if you get that its all Florida for now.
