Not sure what sand you’ve been burying your head in, but Andrew has lost the trust of the pilot group with all his antics these past 4-5 months. He has blatantly lied to us like a true politician to retain his power in an election cycle.
Go ahead and post the text of section 20 so we can debate it.

We need to move on. Whatever did or didn't happen may never be fully revealed, but negotiations continue with the current leadership firmly in place. I expect a lengthy stalemate over scheduling & work rules & eventually a picket line in 2-3 more years; AR has said for quite some time, in so many words, that this is the probable endgame.

You are going to hear what happened shortly.

Exactly, it's way past stale. I don't give a crap about what did or didn't happen at this point. It will never be fully disclosed because the Teamsters would never allow something to be made public that makes them look inept. What does need to happen, however, is for this absurd posturing to stop with asking for provisions that make no sense on sections in the contract. The "takes as long as it takes" crowd is so delusional that they don't realize we would be well on our way to another contract revision by the time it takes for them to agree to terms. And guess what, when that time finally comes way down the road, we aren't going to get anything more than what we would get right now. Possibly even less. Get the thing done now. That's what this pilot group wants and deserves. Zero unstacking, union staffed training department, and other provisions that are being asked are off the planet on what is realistic or even necessary. We all came to Allegiant because we liked the model and what it provided in terms of daily QOL. You can't have Delta scheduling rules and still keep the Allegiant model. It's impossible.

We will get the best contract we can. One way or the other what happened will be disclosed. You will see soon, he’s just waiting on the documents from jc42.

Waiting on what documents from JC42? This has gotten absolutely ridiculous. This pilot group has quickly become the laughing stock of US airlines. Most of you would rather destroy each other's reputation than ever put in one ounce of effort toward unity. It's clear the majority of you are still there because you can't fog a mirror. Thank god I left when I did.

GES has done 40 years and over 8000 elections and proudly touts that none have ever been overturned by the DOL.

the audit is only taking so long because RJ keeps
dragging his feet and throwing a tantrum, national and the auditors are not pleased with him.

andrew and his team are going to walk away fine from this, patience will show who the actual bad actors are/were.

as far as negotiations… only one party ****ed of the mediator last month, and it wasn’t the union. Last minute leadership retreats when the mediator finally moved the sessions to Vegas, isn’t a good look.

Hmmmm. This didnt age well.

But Tom said everything was fine!! What happened?? 🤣🤣🤣
I'm guessing we won't hear much from him on this one. Hopefully this is the end of the road for AR and his crew.
