The fact that AR has been under two seperate investigations, BOTH for misconduct (awaiting results), and the fact the IBT has sent a negotiator to "assist" doesn't raise (STILL) a red flag? It's obvious that not only does he not know what he's doing, but he LIED to the voters when he said negotiations were "at the finish line and changing union leadership would be disasterous". Almost a YEAR on section 20? Really? 0% unstacking is better for the company when he personally told ME that 0% wasn't something he was looking for? That all he wanted was for the company to honor seniority even if that meant them using the same cookie cutter software they use?
He has lied, he changes the narrative, lies again, and when he gets called on it publicly he CENSORS union payin members! It's disgusting what he has done, just like your blind faith support for him is.

"If it takes 5 years so be it", just like Andrew you're an absolute disgrace and no rational pilot of this membership shares you absolute idiotic absolutism or blind faith to a fraud.

One investigation was complete within a week, but RJ is throwing a fit and won’t let them share it… yet.

there is no other investigation, except for JC and JR’s… wich was a farce and lie. Ask them how it feels to be under federal investigation now? They are the ones who broke into something without a warrant and GES is ****ed at them.

GES has done 40 years and over 8000 elections and proudly touts that none have ever been overturned by the DOL.


the audit is only taking so long because RJ keeps
dragging his feet and throwing a tantrum, national and the auditors are not pleased with him.

andrew and his team are going to walk away fine from this, patience will show who the actual bad actors are/were.

as far as negotiations… only one party ****ed of the mediator last month, and it wasn’t the union. Last minute leadership retreats when the mediator finally moved the sessions to Vegas, isn’t a good look.

It sounds like you are blaming the Union for the delay on negotiating Section 20. But I do not want to appear presumptuous so I will just ask. Are you blaming the Union for the delay on negotiating Section 20?

I'm sure we'll know, especially when it comes to the Audit what really happened here. Saying any investigation was completed within a week is a farce. Is that you D.B? lol. RJ wasn't the one that has used the union payer fund as his own piggy bank. So lets just ignore that certain individuals on the e-board it self tried brining RJ up on trumped up charges to ger RJ removed and fired. Yeah, total integirty.

NO ONE blames "The union". Everyone blames A.R. He's not the union, and yes it's HIM that's delaying things on nonesense. What's the point of "changing negotiators" if you're still going to stonewall them every step of the way. AR isn't out of the room, as much as he said he was removing himself. The union wants a contract, AR appears to not know what he's doing.

What if the company is trying to take something from section 20 we already have? Should we let the company take it to make this go faster?
