Do you have any milestones that will help you measure progress?
Current inflation has been 8%, 9%, and now 3.5%
In short order this country will be in a full blown recession if we stay the course we're on.
once that happens, the company will plant their feet like COVID 2.0. So I suggest looking at 5 years down the road. Don't worry, AR has a plan and management is terrified of him.

Are you good with earning $1,200 on 6 million?
The interest on that money alone should be enough to stop the assessment.

Why do you give AR such grace when he didnt even know their was supposed to be an election this year. What if he had announced this election last year at this time and said it will take place in September of 23? I'll bet we wouldn't have so many missing ballots. How about all the confusion on whether new hires and people on leave were allowed to vote? If he can miss those little details, how well will he do against the F&H lawyers?
If you think we're getting released for a strike when we leave meetings early, I think you'll be unpleasantly surprised.

And now that the election is over, I'm loving the communication protocols. Although they seem similar to how things were before.

I know there's nothing that can be said to you that would you even consider reevaluating your choices.
But if our chief meme maker can have a change of heart, we'll maybe there's hope.

Good luck to all of us. Try not to spend your retention bonuses (another brilliant move) just yet.

We chose to work here, there's no instant gratification here.

I get that. We're not just another bleeping airline after all. But I think when we tell people who are representing us, that there's nothing they can do to make us question whether they should be representing us, it gives them too much power

youve stated multiple times that AR's your guy. It will take as long as it takes.
So im curious as to why you would be interested in seeing my grievances or management approach?

Pointing out problems without proposing solutions is called whining.

we’ve proposed various solutions on this forum. You choosing to ignore them is your choice. We get it, you’re a complete sycophant and will never find a flaw in the supreme leader. It’s cool, we know your schtick.

The next few weeks will be very telling. I can assure you that this process will not take months, much less years. AR said he was going to "fast track" negotiations. He won't be able to fast track anything as fast as what's coming. 2024 will not be a good year for AR or anyone that decided to look the other way to his shenanigans. I'll be shocked if he will still even be in the ranks later this year.
But we'll have to wait and see... (Winter is coming).
This pilot group will be better off with out such a toxic individual.

Any chance the allegations get leaked before we find out the results?
