It is interesting that the day the vote was due, is the first time anyone posted on the Facebook group that they did not get a ballot.

Near zero attrition, full classes, plenty of apps, the lowest pilot costs among our peers. And you want Maury to agree this is no longer Allegiant 2008. It's 3 more years regardless who won, 'till we get released or some other outside event intervenes.

Yes then add that the pilot group just showed him, that we are at best a split group, with a large portion of the pilots not even engaged. No union can win like that.

the turnout was pathetic. Only about half of pilots voted. AR won by 20-30 votes? That means 25% of the pilot group supports him enough to vote for him - that just shows how strong management’s upper hand is.

MG is laughing all the way to the bank with this vote. He got exactly what he wanted. AR won, with an incredibly apathetic vote.

Pathetic. It amazes me there are people who have no regard for the work they do or more importantly, their paychecks. You get what you don't vote for.

50% turnout is a record high.

That percentage seems like it should be embarrassing for the pilot group to me, especially with so much on the line.

Hasn’t every other election with AR been unopposed? I think that matters when claiming a record turnout…
