Quote: Project much? 90% of the posts I’ve seen from you are about AR.

My statement has nothing to do with liking AR, *******, it’s just about keeping the same personnel in place to finish this out. When he’s done, have a recall vote for all I care, but you put new people in place and we could end up right back at square 1.
At this point square 1 would be an improvement.

If AR wins another election that will be 10 years that he’ll be in that position and almost nothing to show for it. We deserve FAR better. We desperately need a challenger to this cuck that’s gotten us in a terrible pickle with his latest demonstration of gross incompetence.

What in the world actually happened?

It sounds like nothing has changed over there. Nearly every other airline has gotten a new contract and moved on, and you guys are still languishing while putting your faith in a guy who sees himself as the incarnation of Jimmy Hoffa Sr but after all these years all he has is a fancy home office and no idea how to solve the problems of the pilot group. If everything I'm reading is true this latest **** up is his most flagrant show of incompetence yet and he should be replaced immediately.

There is lots of talent in that pilot group. You guys have many pilots who served as ALPA and IBT reps at previous airlines. Many in high ranking leadership positions. But they have been squelched and pushed away from the table because Andrew and his goons want absolute power and see everyone as a threat to them. Find these guys, nominate and elect them and get the contract you deserve.

This is your big chance for change. Don't waste more years with your current leadership who have demonstrated their incompetence over and over. You lock the current guys in again and you will miss an entire contract cycle waiting as the lowest paid pilots in the industry.

Please use this as an opportunity to boot out Teamsters and bring in ALPA. It's so obvious that Teamsters is not the right union, union structure, etc for an airline group. Not to take anything away from Andrew's efforts, but IBT has accomplished nothing substantial and Allegiant pilots are paying the highest union dues in the USA for the worst contract and representation. Avelo, Breeze, and some regionals get better pay and treatment that Allegiant pilots, which is a shame.

Agreed but will anyone step up to the plate?

You guys are so far off the mark on this, even when you read the official communication you just make sh!t up.

The local questioned the date and was assured it was 3 years, just to suddenly be reversed at the last minute by Division.

He’s going to be re-elected, you want to know why? Because the top 300 pilots who are doing all the complaining or sabotaging don’t care about work rules. They don’t care because none of them would ever apply to them. They are never going to be on reserve, never need to worry about bidding their schedule, never worry about getting the vacation they want, Never going to be involuntarily TDY.

All they want is the money and retirement, that’s it. The other 800 pilots can suck it.

Well it’s not going to work so buckle in for 2025.

It has nothing to do with what the next CBA might have in it and everything to do with the perception of our current leadership.

I used to support AR. I voted for his slate and for his union docs, both of which I felt that he had worked for, and that he should be given a chance.

Well I was wrong. The company has outplayed AR and his gang 3 times and each time he folded like a cheap suit.

2021 - 4th July pickup MOU - favored the company and a few senior pilots
2022 - Joint signed letter from himself and BF to say they would work tirelessly to get a deal done sooner than later. Helped the company by convincing a few on the fence not to leave during the busy months. Note that they didn't care later.
2023 - Retention bonus. I mean, wtf? That basically ended all buying power for the union on its own. This was the mother of all screw ups. The moment he championed that I knew he had given up his last hand.

Its game over now. 800 will now be crying out for any contract because each month they see how much they will get in retro. Very few pilots in most airlines get beyond section 3 when reading a TA. They want the money. And as the hiring environment changes they will cry out for it more.

Weak weak weak. He should not want to run again - he has done nothing in my 4 years there.

Glad I have now escaped to greener pastures. Now I can only hope some of these who put him on a pedestal or even support him realize what others have experienced. With Frontier moving to 90% day trips the movement there will be astonishing. No need to stay at allegiant to be messed with for the rest of your life

nobody should be surprised by this. AR has been flying by the seat of his pants and thought he could just do what he wants. he is a mob boss dictator. why were the fb comments disabled when this news came out? because AR didn't want to see/hear the dissension.

mark my words: AR will try and leave the IBT and form his own union (not just his own local) because of this fiasco. we will see if he is able to pull it off. meanwhile we are the pawns getting sacrificed to protect king robles.
