Given Andrew's history as a wannabe mob boss all of you should be concerned that Tom an EXCO insider is so certain that this election is in the bag. He's said it several times now.

Is the fix already in? This is Teamsters we're talking about here. Or are Andrew and his henchmen so arrogant that they think no candidate can touch them?

Y'all are fools if you give him and his team another three years to skim off the top and make more empty promises. Tom's own words should concern you. You need accountability and fresh blood. Not career politicians with selfish goals.
I'm a mob boss.

I know I'm not. But hey, just keep telling people to leave instead of making necessary changes.
Hey I got an idea, let's let the company write the contract for us and just sign whatever they say.

LOL! Sure, that's exactly what I suggested! How about this....give me a list of things that AR has accomplished for this pilot group while in office. I'll wait.

Hey man I get it, about 30% of the pilot group only care about the $$$. The work rules will never apply to them because of seniority so why care about that?

So that's the list? Impressive. You really think I don't care about work rules? I can assure you I care deeply about them. Just like you want to say "let the company write the contract and we just sign it" as a jab, I can return that same line at you and insert AR instead of the company. Do you think that's how it works? Do you think Delta just got to have every single item that they asked for in their deal? I would hope that question is rhetorical, but I'm starting to wonder. I think you need to reach out to people behind the scenes and start having some conversations. Seems like TT left you so angry that you think she's still the one in charge. She is long gone, and her idiotic ways are gone with her.

If you think TT was in charge of anything, that shows how little you understand about Allegiant management. Her ways are not gone, she was just the messenger without any power. Maury is the kingmaker and he chooses executives and managers who share his philosophy.

I'm still in disbelief about how some of you have deluded yourselves into thinking that you're going to get an industry leading contract, or an industry standard contract, or that voting in a new eboard will solve your problems and get you the contract you deserve. MG is the only one who decides when you'll get a contract and what that contract will include. He's never treated his employees with the dignity and respect that they deserve. Never. I'm not sure why you think he'll have a change of heart, or that the eboard will ever be able to force his hand into giving you a good (or even average) contract. You're going to waste away your limited careers waiting for something that's never going to happen. AL and JB both gave up their executive positions with G4 because of MG.

For the record, I don't believe that AR is the right person for the job anymore (and I am ignoring all of the blatant falsehoods about AR peddled by two particular members in this group, one whose obsession with AR is borderline clinical). There was a time and a place, but it sounds like he's become too entrenched in the position and disconnected from what the pilot group needs. He would do well to get people on the eboard who question him from time to time and offer alternative ideas, not just people who agree with whatever he decides. The missteps though the NMB process also haven't helped. Not that there's ever a good time to decertify and run a new union election, but it might also be time to consider your choices for the future.

Tom is an AR disciple. There’s nothing AR could do to lose Tom’s vote. Not even worth reasoning with him…

I’ve ask Tom on here multiple times what could happen to cause AR to lose his vote and he’s never replied. Just dodges the question and moves on.

Tom even thinks AR is a genius for not putting the 8m of dues into an interest bearing account.

He believes in AR like a political activist believes in their supreme leaders…

There's certainly room for improvement, I simply believe now is not the right time to change, in that it would be detrimental to the group and negotations. After the contract, I would support changes including moving to ALPA.

after the contract in your world is 2035 lol

you said previously to keep AR for a decade if that’s how long a contract takes. It shows your unreasonableness.
