Yea, your going to love the dog. you won't need to work your arms anymore at the gym. yanking and banking the 80 around will provide all the definition you need. crosswind landings with an unpowered rudder. woohoo!

uh.......? yea that's what i meant by "unpowered rudder". a 30 crosswind with the yellow rudder control manual lever in the aft position. I actually had to do this a while back. I didn't mean to imply that the rudder is normally unpowered. And to be totally correct the elevator is powered/assisted in some situations as well, but not usually. Class dismissed! on to electrical!
