Was that before or after regionals started to pay more then Allegiant? It sounds like with frontiers 35k bonus Allegiant’s not the only one having trouble getting people Into class. Might as well take advantage of it and ask for more when they can.

We're losing Captains to legacies. Captains should here should have golden handcuffs. FOs can leave to a legacy but you should never lose CAs to that.

you think captain s should not be leaving. MG doesn’t agree. Historically there has always been a little bit of captain attrition. Not to much just some. That’s the sweet spot where MG knows he’s not paying to much for the as shole flying the airplane.

I wonder when the Union is going to actually be a bit more aggressive and start telling people to leave? We should be hosting hiring events with Cage Marshall or Emerald Coast and helping people leave. When we cannot replace the pilots who leave is when we will get a contract. Why the Union cannot just come out and say this is anyone's guess. Maybe they like endless negotiating?

amen… they are out of their league on all levels. I hate to say it because I want a true industry leading contract but we clearly don’t have the team that’s going to get that done when they keep falling for MG’s chicanery and don’t utilize the assessment dollars to their fullest potential. We should be cranking up the heat as high as it goes and leave it there until they break.

If we truly are at a stalemate and enter federal mediation, I don't think the union's going to need to lend a hand; the attrition will accelerate just fine on it's own. You've got all the recent hires who already have one foot out the door, the FO fence-sitters, all the young-ish captains. Then you'll see a situation where we have way too many CA's not enough FO's and unable fly the schedule anymore and unable to hire anywhere near enough......pretty clear where this could be headed without some good news real soon.

Yeah and the reason he did that then was to get rid of all oversight so that he can do what he is doing now. He coronated himself a king and will have this job as long as he wants it because nobody has the balls to speak out and get shouted down by his goons. Andrew is literally getting rich in this job just like all the crooked politicians in Washington who go in middle class and retire as millionaires decades later. But hey those LED lights in the house reno we paid for are pretty b1tchin.
