Speaking of being wrong, why don't you tell everyone all of my predictions within the last year that haven't come true. Since, you know, almost every post you've made from this profile is an attack on me. You've clearly given this a lot of thought.
Also, if someone "called me out" lately, I must have missed it. JR did put out a memo about shrinking the company right? I didn't get some bad hooch did I?

In reality everyone knew what I meant.
I'll place my credibility against his shameless pro company trolling any day. Yawn. Next.

Why do YOU stay? Are you actively trying to leave?

He's said he's a mid level FL captain (above reserve). Why would he leave? He's got what he wants and will ride this ship into the sunset. Only thing that would rock his boat would be us getting acquired (anyone see our market cap lately? We're too expensive to be acquired anymore?).

Why would I leave? Because I believe I will continue to back slide as this company shrinks and spend my twilight years in this industry junior with crap QOL or even in the right seat to stay in my base if I stay. I'm not moving up north either.

I'm fairly new to airline pilot central. I joined because I have been looking around for another job. I would like to join allegiant mainly to be home every night. What is a realistic first year pay with no overtime? Thank you for your time.

If you are on reserve in whatever base you end up in, you will probably get the 72 hour monthly minimum for reserves. We don't really have any soft time here.
